As you already know, IPCV means Intensive Program on Computer Vision. This is a bi-annual two-week-long summer course organized by various European universities.
The participants are the following:
- University of Koblenz, Germany
- University of Lappeenranta, Finnland
- University of Joensuu, Finnland
- Université Jean Monnet, France
- Budapesti Mûszaki Fõiskola (Budapest Tech), Hungary
The topic of the course is image processing and computer vision, we mainly focus on colour/multispectral images and illuminant-independent object recognition. The course consists of lectures and practical sessions held by the teachers of the different universities.
Near the lessons, we also offer different social events, which will allow the students to know Hungary's and the other participant countries' culture.
